How Can We Assist?
MY PACKAGE SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT?
​If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please first contact your local post office. In many cases, the package is simply being held at their facility and can be picked up there. If the post office is unable to locate it, please reach out to me, and I’ll file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier so we can either track it down or ensure you receive the refund you deserve.
HOW DO I PUT ON THE BIRD COLLARS?

I WANT A FULL REFUND. HOW DO I PROCEED?
If your order isn’t what you expected, please reach out to me for a refund. Please note that shipping costs (including the original free shipping and any return shipping) are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to USPS or UPS and usually come out of my pocket. Expedited shipping may be refundable only if USPS or UPS issues a reimbursement due to late delivery or package damage. A full product refund is always available, though applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
What does an anti-plucking collar do for my bird?
My collars prevent many types of birds from pulling their feathers out due to boredom, injury, anxiety, and depression. The design of the collar prevents birds from reaching their entire body, so they can grow their beautiful feathers back while wearing the product.
Why would a bird need a anti-plucking collar?
Anti-plucking collars prevent birds from ripping their feathers out, over time this bad habit can turn into self-mutilation. Self-mutilation is the act of self-harming in order to cope or get stimulation, and in extreme cases, can result in death. But in particular, for my parrot Bubbles, it resulted in him being completely flightless in one wing. Collars like mine help to completely prevent issues like this from occurring in the first place.
WHAT IF MY PARROT DESTROYS THE COLLAR?
Congrats! The collar did its job! Our collars are made to be destroyed over time. If your parrot is busy ripping our product apart then that means they are spending less time doing that same damage to their beautiful feathers. This is also the reason our collars are so cheap compared to the competitors. Our competitors have works hard to try and make indestructible collars, but even the strongest of plastic can't stop a parrot's strong beak. So we decided it was time to do the opposite and make a collar that is affordable, lasts a decent amount of time, and is destructible.
You don't make a collar for my type of parrot, what now?
If you can't find a collar that fits your type of bird, reach out to me. I will then get some info from you about your bird so I can make you a custom collar with no added cost.
What if I'm having a hard time putting the collar on my bird by myself?
I always recommend that you have at least one other person to assist you with putting the collar on. If you are still having a hard time doing it, I strongly recommend reaching out to your vet since they are trained professionals.
