OUR GOAL
I started this business right after my 18th birthday in October of 2020. While 2020 was all around a terrible year for the entire planet, starting this business was the best decision that had come out of those dark times. This business was started all because of my amazing Congo African Grey Parrot named Bubbles, hence the name of the business. Long story short he had bad feather-plucking issues when I adopted him, and he was forced to wear a horrible stiff plastic e-collar. He could hardly move in the thing, and it left sores and cuts on his neck. That was when I started to look into a cheaper and more comfortable solution. Sadly, I couldn't find any business that sold what I was looking for at a reasonable price, so I decided to come up with my very own design. After a few months of many mock-ups and failed designs, I settled on the current product you see currently sold for African Grey Parrots. The handmade collar worked so well for Bubbles that I decided to open this business. Currently, I have thousands of orders on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay combined, with lots of amazing 5-star reviews. I make collars for every size of parrot imaginable, from the smallest lovebird to the largest macaw, I make it all. I even have products that fit chickens and pigeons! And as of 2024, I will be selling e-collars for dogs, cats, and bunnies! If there is a specific product you need that I don't have, you can contact me, and I will make you a custom product just for you and your bird. The main goal of my business is to help as many birds and their owners as possible. In the end, I hope to expand my business so it can help all sorts of animals in need all around the world.
OUR STORY
I met Bubbles spring of 2019 when his owner passed away, he was depressed and had begun to pull out all of his feathers. Within months he had started to bond with me, and we became attached at the hip. Sadly, we found that Bubbles has many medical problems and after lots of testing and many vet trips he has been diagnosed with arthritis and is on lifelong medication. During this time, we had also been trying many different types of collars to help stop his depressive plucking habits, but sadly nothing seemed to help. That is when I decided it was time I reinvent the way soft bird collars are made! If you'd like to hear me and Bubbles' full story go check it out on our Blog page!

HOW IS BUBBLES DOING NOW?
-as of March 2024-
Bubbles has been happy and well-loved these past five years living with me. Bubbles and I moved in with my now fiancé. Bubbles is deeply in love with my fiancé Andrew and has bonded with him significantly over the past two years. The apartment we live in has all-wood floors that allow him to have free range of the entire house. It's safe to say Bubbles is living his best life. His feather-plucking continues to be a lifelong issue, but with the help of avian vets, medication, and e-collars, he is living a very happy life. If you want to see more of our daily life, check out our Instagram page, I post very regularly over there.
